Hello Bill,

I was sorry to hear about Mr. Buschi. He was one of my favorite teachers. I studied Spanish 1 and 2 under him, and that knowledge proved to be very useful when I worked in Mexico and Southern California.

Bill attached is a press release about some major changes in my company. I have sold both ACS and NAI to EMTEQ, an international company based near Milwaukee. I will remain moderately active on the board of directors, and as a business advisor to the EMTEQ family of companies. I have enjoyed my career, but eventually everything becomes routine. I now look forward to retirement, which will involve more racing, more traveling, and more “free time”. We have purchased a house in Tucson so that we can escape the cold for a few months each winter, but Pat & I are convinced that we want Canada to be our permanent home.

Who knows, I may be the last person from the class of ’57 to fully retire
